Just try to get a high damage weapon and eventually open up the closed pipe by damaging it.

Opening maid cafe without noclipping
Knock on the door on the small building to the right of the giant "H" shaped building facing the catgirl side. A riolu plushie should spawn at the very back right corner of the map facing the front of the large purple building with a sign attached on it. Bring the riolu plushie all the way back to spawn and there should be blue grafitti of a girl hidden behind a small blue L shaped building, shove the riolu plushie up the grafitti's a*s (don't ask).
