I think Quebec should have a fascist focus tree, starts with "blame Ontario for the collapse of Canada" and it gives neighboring states -35 opinion of Ontario. I also think it should have a similar focus tree to Ontario like preping to attack Ontario and after the take of of Ontario announce the "reunification of Canada but under a new regime" then switch to a new focus tree that has "retake the 13 colonies" but requires for you to rule all of Canada and Alaska which can be done with another part of the focus tree. maybe after the retaking of the retaking of the 13 colonies it can have a "March to the Mexican states" and declares war on Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, and Arizona

As a French canadian myself, it would be nice to have 4 paths : A fascist one pro french and national populist, blaming the english for the collapse and seeing any non-french speakers as ennemies. You could even add events with the cajun/black louisiana/Métis/First nation to join force in exchange of the true poutine recipe.

The second one would be communist/french revolution style, blaming the elite and the royal family/the Queen directly and looking for unity against tyranny or any federal governments, whatever it means.

The third one would be Meech Lake Accord, electric boogaloo when you are trying to reform Canada into what it was before with the help of Ontario and the mounted police to form a huge North american country full of states and provinces against the cartels.

The number 4 would be a meme one, go full emperor mode, Napoléon style with mountains/winter troops and swarm everyone else while creating sister republics and building castles like the one in Québec city because why not.

At the time, the Church had a lot of influence over the province. It controlled education, health services and charitable institutions. It also played a pretty big part during the Great Depression. We can say that the Church was really close to the state. With that said, I suggest that there would be a path to separate it from the State and take control of education, etc, and a path to give it more power and increase its influence to eventually put it in charge of the country.
