If you cannot "Walk" in gmod by using the Alt key,
simply go to Settings/Keybourd scroll all the way down, til you find an option that somewhat resembles "walking" and bind it to Alt.
To bind something in the Keybourd-Settings; simply double click it and press the button (Alt)
hit Apply and then Ok
aaand done, you should now be able to use Alt properly.
