Price 3.5-4.5
Local bonus would probably be fort defense +10-20%
Leader bonus I'd say +15-20% shock damage or +5% discipline
Price = 3
Local bonus = Unrest -0.5 or -1
Leader bonus = Privateer efficiency +33%
gunpowder, paper (China)
patatos, corn (America)
It was a pretty big deal for the Romans as well as all the different trade republics in the middle ages and renaissance.
Produced in mediterranean Spain, Italy, Greece and maybe some coastal counties in the Levant.
Trade value should be comparable to Wine.
Province bonus maybe increased trade value

Olive Oil Added
- bronze/steel (artillery)
- munitions (weapon, perhaps exclusive weapon - also white)
- marble
- luxuary goods - in SE we had furniture (Danzig)
- silver
could You aslo thinked about changing goods (from iron to ex. artillery?)

Marble would be a nice addition, as would fruit.
or gunpowder.
