Not able to build AGGRESSOR CLASS
After capturing Mandalore, still not able to build the AGGRESSOR class, is there a bug? Thanks

Aggressor-class require tech 4, capital shipyard, and is exclusive to Underworld. Do you meet all the requirements?

this isnt CW Holdouts submod so you'd have to ask there about things when you're playing one of those factions.
