Structures that multiply "basic income"
What is the "basic income" that the structures multiply? I built a 11k worth of an economic station upgrade that's supposed to give +225% basic income on a planet full of fully upgraded mines, and it changed literally nothing, so I am guessing mine income doesn't multiply?

All right, but which is it in the planet's income breakdown? "Public order"?

They're only worth on systems and sectors, typical planets will have basic income of 30-40-50, so it will be useless. On sectors & systems you can find base income of 500 so with the 150% station and 225% upgrade you'll end up generating around 750-> 1125 which makes the break even for being profitable pretty decent
