Title, after winning a space battle where the enemy had an orbital cannon, the canon is still there after the battle is over.

Moving new units in/switching slots on the planet causes a second battle that must be auto-resolved, otherwise you just get stuck in a battle with no units you can actually attack, with the big "victory" text in the center of the screen but not ever going into the end-of-battle results screen. Oh, and the auto resolve in this case is guaranteed to cost a huge chunk of your fleet even though I've technically already killed the damn thing.

This bug is super frustrating and has been there for at least a year now without being fixed.
