How to remove the circles behind capital ship and some frigates' engines?

The rings are caused by the game not being at max settings. Specifically the Shader Settings.
Make sure your Shader Settings arent resetting themselves when you click away. If it's doing that then you're not playing with a real GPU and the game doesnt let you turn it up.
Usually this is because you're on an intel laptop and it forces the game to run on the iGPU rather than the proper GPU(If you even have one) Google can help with you forcing the proper GPU.

Thank you! Im using a Nitro 5 laptop and maybe Ill go search if this has a gpu or how to force it.
