NO clothes for NCR and not editable
The NCR NPC's have invisible clothing, and I can't open it in the editor, I want to change 1/2 things for play with friends, just private server stuff, but can't

I'm not suggesting you do this, But if you really wanted to you could copy this mod's workshop files into a new folder upload it and then edit it, But make sure you have the required mods installed on the server.
