It was a consious choice to have them added because people didn't like the packing process, and people are addicted to Double Tap.

bro you thought people wouldnt care about double tap. did you even learn from bo4 mistakes. gayarch sure learned from that mistake thats why they brought back jugg and other perks. you can take any perk away. but jugg,double tap, speed, quick revive is a staple to the franchise. and if you mess with those 4 perks expect for people to be on your head.
