At first I thought it was something you guys did but then I realised it was so unnecessarily random I suppose it's a bug and not intentional.
Very odd, but thank you for letting me know. I’ll look into it :)

Only bug I've encountered so far, everything else works fine!
The base weight for vanilla idea groups has not been changed and colonisers are heavily weighted to pick the related idea groups. I’ll look into it and improve the weighting some more if necessary. That shouldn’t be happening. Thanks for the report!
