Effect for this misc. Bubbling
If its possible. Have them make it a bubbling effect. That would make it quite authentic. or... "on equip your airtanks start bubbling?" It seems hard to do or They just wouldn't. But That would be amazing.

Its probably do-able but personally I think its unnecessary. It's also a really, really bad idea to put unusual effects on miscs (unless the misc is unusual quality of course).

If they did that, everyone would want this and it would be at an extreme price for a really long time. Still after that one of the most wanted miscs. Just having it unusual quality and possibly bubbling is fine enough.

I beleive he means to make it so its a effect like the pipe misc for soldier.
