its nothing more of a suprise what i will say, but i think a non-algined for administrative, now i know it would remain unequal, so i would propose that innovativeness is moved to diplomatic, which replaces the influence one since, let be honest, who uses influence?
I was thinking of adding a Minister Ideas group that would reduce PP cost for stuff in the political tab and perhaps add a few more advisors that are unlocked with it.
Would that Political Idea group be similar to that, or what do you have in mind?
but the idea i had kinda built of this political Group would be of the 4 existing ideologies(communism, fascism, democracy and non-aligned) along with two outlooks(external and internal).
now, the idelogies one is simple to understand, the one you probably will ask, the outlooks are how the goverment(politically speaking) would look in the nation:
.A external Outlook would imply that the nation political aims are abroad, with the aim of sending help abroad to fellow friends of it ideologies or expanding its ideology group
.The Internal Outlook on the other hand would aim at building inward, preparing the "ideal state" of each ideology inside, and be ready once push came to shove against its nation and its ideals
Not sure about Internal Outlook. There are ideas already that affect internal stuff, I don't think I can do much more about that, since there isn't really much for internal politics in vanilla HOI4.
I won't do additional compatibility mods, however it seems that mod uses the vanilla ideologies, just with different in-game names. The GUI not working properly in combination with that mod should be fixed now however.
The Monarchist ideas already give +0.05 Non-Aligned change, so in theory that should be enough to get a referendum eventually (unless referendums for Non-Aligned are blocked without the advisor, but I don't think that's the case.)
If you really want such an advisor tho, you can complete the Minister Ideas, which gives a better version of it.
