It would be really usefull to have a NPC/SNPC and it would to have a good roleplay when you have this one running someone down with unique sounds and movements. Why not use something like the Wiliam burking addon that is an SNPC and uses a posses option so you can chase while roleplaying as a mutant, huting down other NPC:s or friends.
