Blackwood INI Config Options
Servers running the Blackwood DLC have special case issues with being able to get the most out of ATLAS Architect:

No Quartz for Silica Needed for Glass
Although Quartz is very common among Ocean islands, it's not available in Blackwood. A solution for this, is to add the following line to the server's game.ini, which will replace Quartz with Herkimer:

ConfigOverrideItemCraftingCosts=(ItemClassString="PrimalItemResource_AA_Silica_C",BaseCraftingResourceRequirements=((ResourceItemTypeString="PrimalItemResource_Crystal_Herkimer_C",BaseResourceRequirement=2.0,bCraftingRequireExactResourceType=false)))
