How about an option that allows you to release colonial land as a puppet? I remember it being in one of the previous iterations of the colonization mod.

It'd be cool if you could colonise the city provinces of China (Guangzhouwan, Qingdao etc.)

What would you think about making Iceland and/or Greenland coloniseable? (Thanks for adding my previous suggestion btw ^^)

if you could make so that youd have to colonise an port to be able to colonize land provinces it just looks ugly if belgium colonizes the middle of sahra while netherlands colonizes libya etc

If you got cores on colonized states, you could use the manpower more efficient

I think it would be cool if there was decisions to let some major powers colonize (like let France colonize and then let Germany Colonize and so on) so that the USSR doesn't get into south america

I think that it would be a good idea to add a decision to give North Angola to the Congo (The Belgian one) or to Angola. Also, why does Portugal get North Angola at the start of the game?
