The option to pay 19 health for a Rare card is probably fine as-is on the Bug Knight. Perhaps not on another character if it's always going to be Radiance's Lament. It's rather useless on any other character.

Suggestion: Check if the player is not the Bug Knight. If not, then give them a rare card for their class instead.

2 things.

1. Yeah you are right, I can condition it to only happen for bug knight.

2. That's not the only card you can get from that option... if certain cards are in your deck you might get another card.
