I will see what I can do. I have the Oblivion Construction Set, so I will have a look what settings are used for the helmet.
Do you want a full cats eye vision? Meaning: decreased sharpness, most red removed, less contrast, lighter, shadow filled, wider vision, blur around the edges.

I will also have a look at the Collection book.

It's probably going to take some time. Oblivion's Construction Set doesn't provide any settings. All settings for magic effects are hidden. So, I will have to find the correct settings by trial and error.

@Altbert . . . It is often the case that modders put more love into their mods than the dev's their AAA game. Enderal is evidence of that; as is your willingness to mod and even take requests. I applaud your eagerness to help others at the cost of your own time and effort. Cheers!

I would very much like to continue to do so (as a retired programmer), but after my first attempt to attach a script to a piece of jewelry, the Creation Kit just stopped functioning. Whatever I have tried so far, opening the CK always results in an immediate "not responding"! I hope to find a solution, but my programming skills do not include that much technical expertise.

My skills do not include them either. :) No hard feelings from me in the least- in fact, your time and effort are meaningful, and wanted to let you know, even if you fail, that there are those who appreciate you. :)
