Good set up and a bit of a challenge getting to that third AI (for me). The unlimited quartz with AI enemy island is too high/steep and can't have a road/path built. Same for the unlimited gold with other AI. Also, I achieved 103,000+ $ and the game did not same completed mission. Basically had it running from $30,000 to $100,000+ with me doing nothing. So can't finish.
