also it spawns another ragdoll when i die and it drops my fps from 60-50 to 15-20 how would you fix this

Are you using any other death addons? If so then you should disable either this or them, as there's no way around this conflict.

custom death sounds (not the l4d2 ones) don't play upon death.

Yeah, I noticed. I'll try and figure out why.

Defib charging sound seems to still not work when using them on another player, but the other sound does. Howeveer, they only work in thirdperson when another player uses it.
Seems to be a multiplayer issue, I'm going ahead and fixing it now.

I don't quite get it, it works for me. I'm using the latest version of Last Stand and my body uses the 'incapacitation death' animation. What exactly doesn't work?

Your mod and this mod https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=883508806 , use the same "Left 4 Dead" category in weapons wich causes only the defib to show, so i'm asking that you change the name of the category

My intent on setting the category to 'Left 4 Dead 2' was to prevent creating an entirely seperate directory. I'll go remove my addon folder and subscribe to my addon to see if this glitch happens.
EDIT: Weird, the defibrillator shows up properly, not making the L4D2 weapons disappear.

well i found the solution, turns out, gmod said it was downloaded, it was in my mod directory, it was enabled, but it kinda didnt install, yet i had all the files. had to reinstall it 3 times but it works
