I've been getting this issue as well. I even tried disabling all other mods and verifying the integrity of my game files.

Kind of a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up bug. The only reason I could think for that not working is either you fiddled with the art files or have the game installed to an odd directory.
Head into the directory below:

Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\262060\1730039788\heroes\duchess\duchess_A\anim

And look for an image called duchess.sprite.attack_monstrous_affliction.png

If it's not there, try resubbing to the mod. If it is there, resub anyway because man I have no idea how you got that bug.

yeah I have the transform problem too but whenever it did happen it would simply exit to desktop then back into the game and it would work but today it happened again and exiting and relaunching didnt seem to work, I resubbed three times checking each time wheter the files were present and they were but i still got the giant white blotch during the transformation

not sure if this is purposeful but she does not transform back to base form after a fight a ends and when ever she loots something in her monster form she looks like her base form then instantly transforms back at the start of the next fight

i fixed mine by unsubing both from the mod in game and here then resubing and it was a perfeect fix

yeah thats not normal

I also get a bright white square or three appear that hurts the eyes when it flashes quickly

The white box bug appears for me fairly randomly. I have found that unsubscribing and resubscribing fixes the bug for a while. However, randomly the bug just comes back, I don't rearrange, add, or remove mods, it just comes back. The session after I unsubscribe and resubscribe the transformation works perfectly. I haven't tested this yet, but I think exiting the game and starting it up again after that session may be what is causing the bug to reappear.

just an update on my part i have unsubscribed both in game and the workshop then I have launched my game as usal without the mod then after being in th hmalet for a good two miuntes I subscribed again and rechecked the box and the transformation goes back to normal and the bug hasnt been present since
