Could you guys try booting the mod by itself to check if it is a compatibility problem? If that fixes the issue, try adding mods back into your load order a few a time. Let us know if you determine the mod conflict, if any, and we will try to patch it in.
What empire type were you using that had the jobs not show up? Hive, machine, or regular?
I started the game with only District Overhaul on. The mod doesn't work at all. No extra districts or anything showed up. I saw the normal districts and no unique ones. But the districts with Food and such were there.
Update, So... I've found probably four mods that are conflicting or causing the issue.
36 Building Slots, Administrative Upgrades, Admiral Level Skills and 32 real Space's Beautiful Universe V2.0 Patch.
Every time I try one of these mods, that bug happens. This is just the top of my list mind you, I have more than a few mods so there could be more.
Real Space's mod is way out of date, so that one is a given, but these four have nothing in common so this is weird. I'm gonna test out more mods to see if other conflicts arise and keep you posted.
Update 2: Eureka! It was the Glavius's AI mod for District Diversity that was doing it. At least that seems to be the culprit for now. I didn't think it would conflict due to it being an AI modifier, but that seems to be the one that was doing it on my end.
Well, I can see one issue, the patch for District Diversity in your mod list is no longer necessary when using District Overhaul. Try running without it and see if that corrects the problem.
