Bug Reports
"It won't work, and I've tried everything!!!"
Before posting, make sure you've troubleshot the issue by following these steps:
  • Check that Half-Life 2 content is mounted
  • Verify that the mod is installed and enabled in your addons menu
  • Ensure you are on the highest setting of DirectX. You can check this in your options menu, under video settings
  • Disable all other mods except this one
  • Restart your game
  • Verify game files
  • Unsubscribe and manually install the Half-Life 2 version instead[gamebanana.com]
If none of these solutions help, make a post here describing your problem in detail. Include information like where you encountered the problem and on what model the problem appears. I cannot help you with insufficient information.

This doesn't depend on any files from Ep2. What exactly doesn't work about it? When you subscribe and go ingame, what do you see? Missing textures? Invisible eyes? Default eyes? Do you have any screenshots of the problem?

There isn't anything in this mod that should affect face textures. I need more information. Are the faces totally invisible or just missing textures? A screenshot with output from the developer console would help.

when i subbed to it and then went ingame, the eyes were the default low rez texture, nothing changed

i tried restarting pc, verifying integrity of game files etc, didnt do ♥♥♥♥

Well, I can confirm for you that it works without Ep2 or any games but HL2 mounted. Are you certain this isn't a mod conflict on your end? Assuming you've followed all the troubleshooting steps above and actually have the mod enabled in your addons menu, the only other thing I could suggest is that you download the Gamebanana mirror and install it manually.

What playermodel are you using? Custom models that don't strictly follow the HL2 materials path will display the mod incorrectly, and there's nothing I can do about that. You might try using the manual install from Gamebanana instead. It's linked in the description.

You should probably have Half-Life 2 installed and mounted.

I cannot reproduce this issue on my end. Nothing in this mod should be affecting faces. Either another mod is behind the issue or it is a software/hardware-related problem and not related to any addon in particular. Follow the steps at the top of the page and let me know if the problem persists.

There's an issue with some NPC models where they look like they're either stoned out of their mind, Or they're zombies. their eyes are way too red... Look at certain SNPC's. You'll see it.

some of the citizen's heads turn white, and some models eyes have a invisible spot that sees trough the model like gman

and i get this error message:

Weird, the eyes when I equip this one just vibrates on playermodels.

Yes, it means that the eyes vibrate when I use this add-on.
