It's an issue with the NextBot motion controller. The most I do to try to get them unstuck is jump, and push their head out of the ceiling when it inevitably ends up there. Given the amount of access to their movement and pathfinding developers are currently given, I might not be able to do a lot about it. We'll see in the next patch.
Because me and my friends love this addon, we use the Climb addon alongside this and we try to parkour away from Sanic, unfortunetly he keeps clipping onto ledges when he tries to follow us when he jumps, and we start getting 8 Sanics stuck on the same ledge and refuse to move.
I don't limit anything of that sort. See this thread for what the problem likely is.
The issue is very likely that the map doesn't contain the movement information that Sanic needs to know where to move around. You may have heard of a map "not having a node graph" or such--this is very similar, but not the same. The game provides a way to auto-generate your own movement information, but it's a time-consuming operation that you need to wait for once (and only once) per map.
It's a bit like that, yeah. Other NPC mods are likely to use this system (and hence, have this problem) as well, as I don't think the old way of creating NPCs is possible anymore.
That definitely shouldn't be happening. What are the specific circumstances? When does the crash occur (e.g. right when you spawn one; when one attacks an npc)? Any information that I could use to try to replicate the crash on my end could be helpful.
