will the developer make a osprey npc at all?

Theres a mod named Black Mesa Vehicular SNPCs, it has a bunch of the vehicles from the game, even some bonus ones, such as the M35 Truck, Bradley, And the security jeep! It even has spawnable HECU that have the original muzzle flashes. And the ones with gas masks have gas mask voices instead of random voices. I think its very cool.
