Black Mesa humans shoot weird.
When they see a hostile they do try to shoot at them but for some reason they shoot above the targets head causing a awkward gunfight where they will always miss each other like a cartoon.
When giving the npc perfect accuracy they still miss horribly, they still shoot above the targets head but with less spread.

Also happend for me idk but maybe this addon is conflicting with it enhanced sanbox npc or an mod which improves half life 2 npc ai

disable or uninstall the npc improvements addon or just turn off there enhance aim or the part of the mod which make the npc more accurate
