I would ask a few quick questions to clarify first, if that's ok. First, did you die at all? Second, did you leave the game and come back? Third, if so, which method did you use to load the game; restart/continue last save, or resume from the scenario menu? Fourth, what steps have you already tried to identify what might trigger the issue?

let me clarify point by point :

1 / I die and I load save but rarly, I don't respawn and I reload saves when I loose team mates

2 / I never close the game, only once every 2 days. even when I am at work I leave it paused.

3 / this is a good question : I load the game normally everytime until I finish an objective.
when done with a personnal goal or a mission objectve I restart the game and load usng saok method to remove lag and sart fresh scripts.

4 / When I reload the map using saok method the enemies use mods again. but when I play for mre than some hours. they just use KATIBA.

That's good information. This may be prelimary, but I wonder if this issue is tied into the menu delay issue? The reason I think that is because the issue is cleared up, temporarily, during one of SaOKs load, and we seem to be of one mind about the cause of the menu delay being tied to gear in some way. It might be pertinent to find out if the menu delay and the weapon issue happens together.
