You can call support in the WLA menu -> Support -> there should be fuel trucks, repair trucks, medical trucks somewhere at the support tab (but I forgot where) and after calling them press 0.0.1 on your upper digits. Not your numpad but your digits and they should come to you.

Ow? Sorry. I don't have these in my SHIFT+1 support menu. I must have not unlocked them yet.

I have this mission , right , where I have to kill an officer. I find the guy and shoot him.
Mission sucess. I get in my 4x4 and drive at 600m an enemy chopper drops a squad.
being the noob that I am. I think to myself. free choppa. I have a zafir with 150round mag and grenades. I think to myself. this is an oppotuniteeeh not to miss. so bullets wouldn't cut it. i drive as fast as I can and just Ram the choppah in the rotor and guess what It's desabled and crew abondoned it. my car is RED HULL damaged. i get out and of course all this with the enemy squad firing at me full auto. I kill them while using the 4x4 as cover and call for a repair man. the chopper is repared and I am happy. i get in and guess what... no fuel!!

Well...you probably hit the fuel tank of the vehicle. When you hit the fuel it'll turn red and fuel will leak out.

And you can always call fuel man

unfortunatly I don't have that option right now. but still ... i drove to it ... built a bunker and then cargo house.

If you can make it to an airfield you can purchase a fuel truck with Prestige, then drive it over to the chopper and refuel it.
