You can buy choppers at an captured airfield, otherwise you can't get them. At the start Air support isn't available for a reason. You need a proper base and I suggest capturing the closest airfield so you can buy choppers and jets. You can always call "chopper transport" to get you to far objectives.

Thank you for your replie. but from what I understand from your message. I CAN get choppers to transport me without airfield. if yes then how please.

Open WLA menu, then support, then go to "Other" and there is "Chopper Transport" and "Construction Truck" if I'm not wrong.

Yesterday, only the "Chopper Transport" was that option. The truck is in the para dropped items section.

Under the Tab you have mentioned there is no Chopper option.

Did you turn on "Unlocks by assets" or "all unlock" (or something like that) at the mission options?

Because on "Unlock by assets" you can get several supports only after completing missions. If "all unlock" then you can have all supports except air support cause you need a office

I have set to unlock by assets, being a fan of progress evolution.

Accepted it, if you don't know anything feel free to ask me. Sometimes SaOk is too busy to answer all those questions and I have played the mission for a long time so I know pretty much about it. Choppers are only purchasable at an airfield and they probably stay that way. Just try to capture the closest airfield, plan your attack, and go. After you got an airfield under control you're alot further in progression and power of army.
