how can I heal my team?
once wouded they lay on the groud, if I or the Medic try to heal them noting happens.. Do I miss something?

sounds like you need a med kit instead of just a first aid kit.

Press Space when having a First aid kit.
If it's buggy for you, You can also disable it.

tried both med and first aid kit.. I think it's a bug.. maybe starting new game.. thanks guys..

I just use ACE and turn that function off. Much more fun rushing to your teammate before they blead out because a sniper round hit them in the leg.
