You will have to set out who you want to play as and the enemy type including all armour, vehicles, tanks, APC's and aircraft, etc. manually by pressin shift 1 and selecting option and manually add the RHS Escalation mods in yourself after deleting the default spawns first. It is laborious and time consuming but it works as you have to place each infantry type, cars, APCs, tanks, aircraft etc, by hand. Don't forget to save the mod under save mod 1.
