Tried both on Tanoa and Altis versions, saves was made using Shift-1 save function and 0-0-0.
Load saves using a3 restart button, then continue previous save.
Always get starter task "talk to locals" and "set a camp". Start with all assets unlocked kind of boring, but with this problem its unable to unlock them in natural way.
