Question regarding mod functionality
In a scenario such as this (currently happening in my game) https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/threads/stellaris-stellaris-colony-doesnt-finish-development-when-in-a-sector-released-as-a-vassal.1455494/
and in ironman mode, would this mod help?

Sadly, no. This mod requires a planet to finish its colonization.
