Chameleon 'Skin'
Nothing in the giant document has any record of 'Chameleon Skin'. Why has it been changed from Chameleon Cloak? I have another mod adding affixes to items, but I think because this ability has been changed I no longer get some fun effects based around Chameleon Cloak.

Also, I cannot level Polymorph past level 3 - is that normal?

It's just a name bug.

Also, no, it most definitely is not. I assume you're playing Lone Wolf?

Don't worry actually, I can level up to 6, just not in the respec screen. I was worried as I could deallocate points but couldn't reallocate them.

As for chameleon cloak / skin, I'll go consult the author of the affixes mod I'm using as to why I am not getting cooldown refreshes on it :) thank you!

Are you getting it from Shadow's Eye? Skills from items don't benefit from Cooldown Reset. Only learned skills.

No, I own the skill. Rogue with chameleon is what I live for.

Out of curiosity, does your divine war make chameleon last forever until broken? :)

Nope, it doesn't!

Another possible issue with cooldown reset is adding the mod to existing saves. That causes cooldown reset to bug out with skills you had already.
