But you could build your own using the weld tool and the physgun, it will however still be just a ragdoll

You can also use the Quantam Break Time Powers and use the time stop on one of the Robot Mercenaries and while they're frozen, turn them into a statue and they're basically all one. Although, you may have to use the weld tool before unstatuing

im late but what about bonemerge tool?

you can actually use the bonemerge well.
1. Get a regular valve biped ragdoll. i usually use robot scout.
2. make it invisible
3. bonemerge the parts you want.
make sure the parts you're merging have similar portions to the ragdoll.

huh that would be cool to have a sniper scout bot with a medic wheel on the bottom
