I had that problem too but fixed it. Go to your steam/steamapps/common/Garry's Mod/garrysmod folder. Delete cache folder in it. If it doesn't work thrn reinstall gmod. Cache may break lua code .

the alt attack isnt working

My O attack isn't working I've binded the key, but it wont work.

Fid you binded key to O? Also some addons like TFA overwrite this button. Try to disable other addons and remove cache folder from garrysmod main folder.

Also you should hold that button

Rocks that are spawned from the underground up, like the spike and shield attack, go above ground much higher than they should, making it possible to crouch under them and get to the other side. This problem happens on every map on every level I'm standing on
