Do you have all of the additional addons that are required installed?

Also if there are no errors, make sure you don't have the error removed addon installed

You will need to have the Textures & Models he provided installed before you installed the Event Map, you will also need a game called Counter Strike: Source since the map relies on some of the Textures. Also use an Error Hider to hide any errors.
