Play Kenshi Genesis which includes Swish's excellent East Coast Expansion. Unfortunately, the leader of the Groggers does not spawn. On 2 separate playthroughs (a year apart!) I look high and low throughout Semolina to find and kidnap him--to trigger the Sohei takeover. But he's nowhere to be found.
Am I missing something, or has Ol Groggs drunk himself out of the world state??
