Bug Report Wrong NPC Models in certain chapters.
Chapter where your in the Bunks at the HECU Base shows security Guards instead of Soldiers.

Later Chapter'sI cannot remember which chapter it was exactly
In Later Chapters I think there is meant to be fights against security instead of your own soldiers.

I Understand that this Mod is Still W,I,P but I thought this would be good to bring it up.

A quick fix for this would be to revert BlackMesa back to the 1.0 release (Library-BlackMesa-Properties-Betas-1.0 March build)
This should also fix any other mods currently broken.
Just be sure to switch back to the most recent version of BlackMesa when playing any other mods (which are up-to-date) or the main game.

I'm using the latest Black Mesa version without any beta builds and mod is running fine. No security guards in intro. Are you sure you installed it correctly?

After I bought BMS Def edition, I created an ISO and a batch file to run BMS. But once I installed the mods from modb I didn't have any model issues at all, not using workshop too.

Hey, just installed this mod, and what I get in first moments are Security Guards. Also, no speech nor subtitles in barracks.
Something broke?
I think it may have something with that mod that expands characters, but it is only speculation.

Another thing, but I don't have screenshot - Freeman, in lobby scene, appeared as soldier with red beret.
And agents with MP5/Shotguns appear to me as normal soldiers, and I think I killed few of my "good" soldiers by accident...

When I launch the game and pick the arrival chapter, all the npcs except for Gman are invisible, I can hear them walking around and stuff though. When I launch the game with the Old Menu, they are security guards... Anybody know how to fix this?

Now that I launched the Old Menu, there's always security guards, even if I don't launch the old menu one.

Read the HECU readme part of the files have to go into half life 2 custom folder. So read it.

Getting the same issue with the barracks people being gaurds, going to try to go back a version to see if it fixes.

After going back version it seemed to fix it but, I did also delete the blue shift launcher and all of the extra mods installed in my BM .exe folder location.

It doesnt sound anything and the same problem, guards in the 1st moment of the mod
