What "extracter" ? I have the same problem

Basically the GMA Extracter(GMAD), is a tool that converts gma files into addon folders. This way you can access all the files inside the addons you downloaded via workshop(maps, models, lua, materials etc). Now I've had the same problem with this, since cinema didn't appear in the "gamemodes" folder for me either. What I had to do was download the GMAD Extracter and open cinema's gma file, located in the "addons" folder. Now make a folder called "Cinema", and extract all of the files into it. Now extract "Cinema" into the "addons" folder. Now what you wanna do is go to Cinema>gamemodes>cinema>gamemode>player_class. Here, you will find a file called "player_lobby.lua". You will need to download Notepad++ which is a version of Notepad that lets you code. Afterwards right-click on player_lobby.lua, click "Edit with Notepad++" and go to line 63 and paste this in: self.Player:Give("weapon_popcorn") click save, and you're done.
