Charmed astral spider.
It has an ability to summon other spiders,but since it's charmed,it just breaks the game.

For a little bit more info,the charmed astral spider uses the "summon X spider" on a cultists brawler,for example,after that - crash.And it looks like my savefile is lost now,since it was a special Ruins spider nest quest.

it should only summon other charmed spiders however, i am sorry about the glitch i haven't been able to replicate it.

Had this happen to me also. Dont know how to retrieve the bug report but from a glimpse of it, it says it fails to locate the event of summoning a charmed spider (sword spider in my case) and it happened within a pet catcher cove quest using a astral summoning trinket V
