If you have a server, you can disable this by commenting out line 162 in the file 'garrysmod/lua/includes/modules/properties.lua' . The line you are commenting out is :

'halo.Add( { ent }, c, 2, 2, 2, true, false )'

If you run other game modes where you want the halo, you will probably need to add a condition here for game mode detection.:spycon:
