When a character is enslaving someone;
"I had a witty line for this, but i'll slave it for later"
optionally you can also do a bit where his friend says after that line;
"Hey, that was a good one"
"Thanks, i've been practicing"
It makes those 'evil slavers' a little bit more human and shows that they actually have lives too.

Some lines when the mongrel guards become hostile;
"I'll feed you to the fogmen!"
Some bandit lines:
"I'll gut you like a thinfish!"
"That's a nice sword, I think I'll take it"
"That's a nice head you have on your shoulders!" (bonus points to anyone who gets the reference)

And a couple lines for any of the nobles;
"Bleugh, you stink of poverty"
"Ew, with those clothes on I could mistake you for a bonedog"

Couple lines i had lurking in my mind, hopefully they help to give you some ideas or feel free to use them in the mod

Severed Limb Dude - "Tis but a scratch!"
Other in party/opponent - "Your bloody Arm's off!"
Severed Limb Dude - "No it isn't!"

Already a thing, perhaps uncommon but alot of the time whenever a human loses a limb they'll go "AAAAAAGHHH" or "♥♥♥♥♥♥♥"

i mean when your crawling around town without an arm and a leg, people will say

"Sheesh, what happened to you?"

Mabye if you lost your limbs in mongrel or mourn area, people will say

"Thats what happens when you leave, nobody leaves mongrel, i'm surprised you're still alive"

"Heh, was it the Gutters or the bonedogs?"

Well if you have a character kill the Bugmaster or High Phoenix, and Ally with the Shek, they'll comment on your injuries when you enter towns, "Haha! if you look like that i don't want to see the other guy!"

Defo, I can put it on there when I'm home from my holiday. Thank you for the suggestions so far, I've got a decent few ideas for what/where to get some lines added when I'm able to work on it again!

Thank you for the confirmation! If we also wish to add more dialog, may I ask how you modify the dialog? Like, a file where the dialog is held? I'm reasonably experienced with coding, so I think I would be able to go hunting for it and attempt to edit it myself.

Using FCS, kenshi modding tools - You can access it when launching the game. It's fairly straightforward to modify & add dialogue using it, its just a little tedious, doesnt need coding exp at all. I've heard this is a good guide for getting started - https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1444279946 and the Kenshi discord has been a great help as well.
