In Ancient Era, receive same bonus from these resources while unimproved.
River Goddess:
+1 Faith from Plains and Grasslands tiles adjacent to a River, and without Terrain Features, Improvements or Districts.
Divine Spark:
+1 Great Person point from Holy Site (Prophet), Campus (Scientist), and Theater Square (Writer) districts. In Ancient Era, effect doubled.
God of Craftsmen:
In Ancient Era, +1 Production from unimproved Woods adjacent to City Center.
Arrange Pantheons so that 'God Of The Sea' and 'River Goddess' are the top 2, if possible. Simply for better aesthetics, due to larger text boxes.
If by "arrange" you mean the religion window, then this is done automatically. Beliefs are listed in an order as entered into the database. Changing that would require changing the window.

It seems that I used the wrong requirement. Until I post a fixed version, here is what you need to do.
In line 439, which is:
INSERT INTO RequirementSetRequirements (RequirementSetId, RequirementId) VALUES ('REQUIREMENTS_CITY_FOLLOWS_PANTHEON_COASTAL', 'PLOT_IS_COASTAL_LAND'); -- exists
Change PLOT_IS_COASTAL_LAND into PLOT_IS_COASTAL_LAND_XP2.
