firstly, go onto the description tab of this addon and right click on any blank space and select "copy page url"
then paste it into the site
after its downloaded, go to your download folder and extract the addon (make sure to check if theres another folder called "litegibs total sound overhaul" inside that folder, if there is then take out that folder instead)
finally, navigate to your addons folder (normally would be C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\addons if its installed on an SSD) and move the folder into the addons folder
