Override attachment points?
Would it be possible to have an option to force a specified bone on a child model to attach it self to a specified bone on a parent, rather than just matching ones?

Something along the lines of forcing a weapon using "weapon_bone" to attach to "ValveBiped.Bip01_R_Hand" instead, and maybe a few sliders to rotate/move it to make sure the child appears in the right location.

I think a child model with more than one bone would also have to some kind of bone selecting menu, and could potentially even allow different selected child bones to fuse with different selected parents; so "weapon_bone" would appear at "bip_head", whereas "weapon_bone_1" would appear at "bip_neck" instead.
