Could we get it as a reskin?
I was thinking this would be a great reskin for the Short Circuit.... Could we get that?

I know, but Valve never adds good things to the game. Even if they did we would have to pay unless we find it as a drop. We could get it as a reskin for free....

Mkay I really need this in my life. And now that the Short Circuit is an okay weapon it would be great!

Does the short circuit actually damage people or does it just repair your guns?

I think they confused it for the rescue ranger

i do believe this was a post for 2016 but yes you are correct, I did infact think of the Rescue Ranger
