Thinking it'd be fun to do something similar to Killing Floor 2's Rack 'em Up for a revolving sniper rifle

Taunt: Crazed Gunman
The Sniper fan-fires six shots, even if this ends with him dry-firing an empty weapon. Has Back Scatter levels of spread but bullets deal 60% more damage at point blank. Damage via taunting is buffed by the temporary damage boost (effectively a +110% damage bonus at max damage)

Tweaked the stats above cuz 35 damage w/ an attack interval of .34s translates to 102DPS, rounded down.
