It looks grainy and lower resolution
I just bought WE and downloaded this awesome wallpaper for my 1440p monitor. Unfortunately, despite being 1440p, the wallpaper looks grainy, as if it's in lower resolution than declared. Of course I already adjusted settings of WE, full quality and MSAA x8, post processing and reflection checked. What could it be?

Secondly, I saw video on youtube of it's audio resposiveness with sound bars coming from astronaut's backpack and a digital clock on the bottom left, mine has neither.

Yeah, seems to have some JPEG ringing artifacts.

Hey! sorry for the late response. This is not my artwork and I only used the image given to me. I would guess that the image file is not as high res as advertised. I made this wallpaper for a request so I was only given the specs and the image.

Also, can you link to the YT video? This is not my original artwork so i would assume that someone else made their version with the soundbars.

P.S. From time to time i get users with issues like yours. They sometimes are fixed by reinstalling the wallpaper or WE. No promise that this will help, just remember that WE is still a very young software with quirks that are being fixed still.
