How to complete "Prepare for war" mission?
Hi, I need some help. I can't understand how to complete "Prepare for war" missin. This is a special mission for Byzantium wich was added with this mod. In fact English is not my native language and there aren't any translation mods for this mod. I don't understand what does "Have at least 10 Pronoiar Regiments" mean? What is the "Pronoiar Regements"?

In a similar vein: How do you even recruit them? The game won't let me recruit them anywhere, because none of the provinces are green, and I get this text box saying, ex: 'Constantinople is a Greek province, so you cannot recruit Banner Regiments here.'
